No. There will be charges for all forms of disposal services on this platform. We clear, you pay us.
Payments are to be made immediately upon job completion via cash / Paynow / Bank Transfer.
All disposals are scheduled in advance based on a first-come, first-served basis.
As we are unable to predict the weather, traffic conditions or delays from the collection before you, we typically provide a 2-hour time slot buffer for each collection (e.g. 9am-11am / 1pm - 3pm / 3pm-5pm) to ensure punctuality and short breaks for our team members.
Yes, please inform us as soon as you asked for a quotation. We will try out best to make it happen. However, sometimes our schedules are packed back to back. In that case, the best we could do for you would be next day disposal.
Items are sorted out between recyclables and non-recyclables. Recyclable items will be transported to our facility for further processing. Non-recyclables will go to waste immediately.
